Housing Trust of Santa Clara County
Our Daily Bread, provides a hot nutritious meal at lunchtime every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to anyone who is hungry.
Rebuilding Together - Silicon Valley, in partnership with the community, rehabilitates the homes of low income homeowners so that they may live in warmth, safety and independence and repairs nonprofit facilities so they are better able to serve our community.
Sunnyvale Cares, is an organization of Sunnyvale churches, social service agencies and food programs, clubs and organizations and individuals with a simple goal: to help eliminate hunger in Sunnyvale.
Sunnyvale Community Services, an emergency assistance agency, provides financial aid to all Sunnyvale residents (zip codes 94085, 94086, 94087, 94089) to prevent eviction and utility disconnection, to pay medical and other critical bills as well as rental deposits for homeless families. SCS has daily, monthly and a Kids Summer Food program and Christmas Center program for families and seniors (in zip codes 94085, 94086, and 94089). Other services include shoe vouchers for school children, information and referral services, and Spanish-language education program on topics key to improving families lives.
