“The future of community leadership programs in the greater Bay Area”

Northern California Leadership Program Summit - Hosted by Leadership Mountain View and Silicon Valley Leadership, sponsored by SYNOPSYS

Vision Statement

Our Summit brings together the trustees of community leadership in Northern California, to maintain and improve program effectiveness and stability for the long term.

Objectives

  1. Discuss and thereby have an impact on our respective programs' values, enhancing our ability to reach out and educate people.
  2. Enhance connections between leadership programs, both through networking at the event and tools for greater future connectivity.
  3. Commit to the ideal that strong programs throughout our region benefit our individual communities and programs.

Summit Strategy   (to be finalized after survey results are compiled)

A number of challenges will be discussed in breakout groups. These will not be continuous lectures, but will be interactive. The following five topics are potential areas of discussion, and are here to illustrate potential topics of interest to Summit participants.

The Summit if full as of September 28. There will be people who will not be able to attend that have registered, so please contact the Summit to add your name onto the waiting list.
